DID GOD MEANT ONE OR TWO?

MANY ARE SAYING ONE HUSBAND OR ONE WIFE AT A TIME, IS THIS WHAT GOD MEANT CHURCH? Leviticus 18:17 Thou shall not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter, neither shall you take her son's daughter, or her daughter's daughter, to uncover her nakedness; for they are her near kinswomen: it is wickedness. 18 Neither shall you take a wife to her sister [NKJV: as a rival to her sister], to vex her, to uncover her nakedness, beside the other in her life time. Leviticus 20:14 And if a man take a wife and her mother [NKJV: marries a woman and her mother], it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you. Deuteronomy 17:14 When you are come unto the land which the LORD thy God give you, and shall possess it, and shall dwell therein, and shall say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that are about me; 15 Thou shall in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from among your brethren shall you set king over you: you may not set a stranger over you, which is not your brother. 16 But he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses: forasmuch as the LORD has said unto you, You shall henceforth return no more that way. 17 Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart turn not away: neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and gold. 1 Timothy 3:2 A bishop ( pastor, elder or spiritual leadership ) then must be blameless, the husband of ONE wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach; 3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; 4 One that rules well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; 5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the Church of God?) 6 Not a novice, lest being lifted with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. 1 Timothy 3:12 Let the deacons be the husbands of ONE wife, ruling their children and their own houses well. Titus 1:5 For this cause left I you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed you: 6 If any be blameless, the husband of ONE wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.
