PRAYER FOR GOD'S LEADING DAUGHTER, SISTER CATHY HUGHES
God, when the world has so much to say about who Your daughter should become, help her to hear Your loving and kind voice.
Give her wisdom to consider good advice and courage to make thoughtful choices that reflect her values. May she feel free to discover interests, dreams, and possibilities I have not imagined for her.
Lead her toward opportunities where she can learn and contribute. Bring teachers who welcome her questions and friendships where she can share her happiness freely. When others reach milestones before her, remind her that she has a life of her own to build.
When she gets something wrong, help her take responsibility, repair what she can, and keep learning. Let one difficult chapter leave room for another direction.
And God, guide sister Cathy as her parent. Help her ask before assuming, listen before advising, and remain curious about the person she is becoming.
May she feel welcome to call with exciting news, an uncertain decision, or something difficult to admit. Let your love be steady enough that she never feels she must bring only the successful parts of her life home. Grateful heart.
Lord, I want to say thank You for Your endless love and every blessing You’ve placed in our lives. Thank You for each new day, for waking us up with purpose, for our health, and for the strength to keep going even when life feels heavy. Thank You for the joy You give us, for the peace that only You can provide, and for the grace that carries us through every season.
I’m so grateful for my family, my friends, and everyone who supports me and prays for me. Thank You for a safe home, for the food on my table, and for always providing exactly what I need. Thank You for Your Word that guides our steps, comforts our hearts, and reminds us that we never walk alone.
Lord, may today be filled with fresh peace, renewed hope, and new opportunities. Help Sister Cathy Hughes walk in faith, choose gratitude, and trust You in all things. God, she loves You, and may she share this prayer as a testimony of Your goodness.
Watch over the steps she cannot see. Amen.

"How Much Are You Going To Take With You??? "Apostle James & Betty R Winfree Ministries" The New Covenant has a higher financial commitment than the tithe, but it's based on a completely different paradigm. Tithing is never mentioned as an instruction to New Covenant believers—not as a law, a principle, or a voluntary practice. The apostles exhorted believers to give financially, but it had nothing to do with tithing. When they instructed believers to assist the poor, the widows, and the fatherless and to support the ministers of the gospel, they never quoted scriptures about tithing. Paul wrote more on the subject of financial giving than the other writers of New Testament epistles. When he instructed believers about their obligations to give financially he quoted Old Testament scriptures to support his teaching, but not the ones about tithing.
