THE LAST ENEMY IS DEATH!

“The Last Enemy To Be Destroyed Is Death”

We are not a religion or a denomination, and we do not support the construction of physical church buildings. Instead, our mission is to build up the body of our Lord God, Jesus Christ, through love, grace, and mercy. We are dedicated to aiding, helping, and supporting the members of the Jesus Christ Royal Believers Way Saints Global Fellowship Ministries Family as they carry out ministries that serve the body of Christ and His Kingdom.
We believe that being in the Church is more than simply attending services or holding membership. We are His living temples, and He manifests His works through us as we seek to meet the needs of the Saints first, and subsequently all others, in accordance with His divine will. This is the heart and mission of the Jesus Christ Royal Believers Way Saints Global Fellowship Ministries.
We don't go, attend, join, become a member of, or have a religious building. We are His living temples and Church, and He manifests His works through us in meeting the needs of His body, the Saints, first and then all others according to His will. This is what we are as Jesus Christ Royal Believers Way Saints Global Fellowship Ministries.
We are the Lord Jesus Christ's total body, with every member working together in love and unity, guided by the Holy Spirit and God's new and Better Way. In Matthew 5:16, Jesus says, “Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
The Jesus Royal Believer's Way: A saint's life is not meant to be lived in isolation but in fellowship with other Believers. For this reason, ( Hebrews 10:24–25 ) tells us to “consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” If we hope to grow spiritually and endure for the long haul, we need our brothers and sisters in Christ to encourage us.
( 1 Corinthians 15:26 )!
Dear Awesome, Precious, and Powerful Holy Spirit, You are our Teacher. Teach us in Jesus' Name...In his first letter to the Corinthians, the Apostle Paul provides a defense of the resurrection of the dead. Confronting those who had been swayed by false teachings, Elder Paul clarifies that the resurrection of believers is firmly anchored in the historical reality of Jesus Christ’s own resurrection, as noted in 1 Corinthians 15:13. By establishing this foundation, he reassures the faithful of their hope in Christ’s triumph over death.
Big brother Paul looks forward to the Second Coming of Christ, when He will return with the resurrected saints to destroy all dominion, authority, and power. As Scripture states, "For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed is death" (1 Corinthians 15:24–26 ).
The enemies of God slated for destruction include Satan, who, through deceit and lies, ruined Adam and Eve and all humanity thereafter. All human beings inherit a sinful nature from Adam ( Romans 5:12 ) and remain in bondage to sin unless delivered by Christ. Satan destroyed the innocence of humanity by tempting our ancestors to rebel against God; however, Jesus—having redeemed the elect—will claim final victory over Satan and his demons when they are destroyed forever ( Revelation 20:1–10 ).
Regarding the destruction of sin, all humanity bears the burden of it; yet, through His sacrifice on the cross, Jesus saved His people from both the punishment and the power of sin. Believers are liberated from the fear of God’s wrath, as Christ bore the penalty they deserved. Furthermore, through the indwelling Holy Spirit—whose power surpasses that of sin—believers are granted the strength to resist temptation. The ultimate victory will come when sin is entirely eradicated, and believers live in the eternal purity of the New Jerusalem, described in ( Revelation 21:27 ) as a place where nothing impure can enter.
Building on this, ( 1 Corinthians 15:26 ) identifies death as the final enemy to be destroyed. Because death is the "wages of sin" ( Romans 6:23 ), it persists until sin is fully conquered. Since death was the last enemy to enter human experience, it is fitting that it remains the final one to be abolished. This victory is realized through the resurrection: those in Christ will be raised to eternal life, never to die again. Even for the wicked, the cessation of physical death occurs as they face eternal judgment ( Mark 9:48 ). Ultimately, the destruction of death through resurrection confirms the promise that "Death has been swallowed up in victory" ( 1 Corinthians 15:54 ).
The victory over death, achieved by the God of life, serves as the definitive proof of the resurrection. Death is only fully abolished through the resurrection of all—both the righteous and the wicked—who will thereafter face no more death. If there were no resurrection, death would retain its dominion over humanity. However, the promise that death will be destroyed provides us with the absolute assurance of our resurrection. As it is written, "When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: ‘Death has been swallowed up in victory’" ( 1 Corinthians 15:54 ) ( Isaiah 25:8). Let His Churches reply by writing. Amen.
