THE SIGNS OF THE TIMES

THE SIGN OF THE TIMES ACCORDING TO ACTS 2:17?

Senior Apostle, Messenger & Visionary Global Social Media Ministries:
We are not a religion or a denomination, nor do we support the construction of physical church buildings. Instead, our mission is to build up the body of our Lord God, Jesus Christ, through love, grace, and mercy. We are dedicated to aiding, helping, and supporting the members of the Jesus Royal Believers Way Saints Global Fellowship Ministries Family as they carry out ministries that serve the body of Christ and His Kingdom.
We believe that being in the Church is more than simply attending services or holding membership. We are His living temples, and He manifests His works through us as we seek to meet the needs of the Saints first, and subsequently all others, in accordance with His divine will. This is the heart and mission of the Jesus Christ Royal Believers Way Saints Global Fellowship Ministries.
We don't go, attend, join, become a member of, or have non-biblical religious Church building. We are His living temples and Church, and He manifests His works through us in meeting the needs of His body, the Saints first and then all others according to His will. This is what we are as Jesus Christ Royal Believers Way Saints Global Fellowship Ministries.
We are the Lord Jesus Christ's total body, every member working together in love and unity and guided by the Holy Spirit and God's new and better way. In ( Matthew 5:16 ), Jesus says, “Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
Acts 2:17 says, “‘And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams’” ( JESUS ROYAL BELIEVERS WAY SAINTS ). These words are part of Peter’s message on the Day of Pentecost, where he explains that the extraordinary events taking place—the outpouring of the Holy Spirit—are the fulfillment of the prophecy found in ( Joel 2:28–32 ). According to the Apostle Peter, the arrival of the Holy Spirit marked the beginning of a new chapter in God’s redemptive plan, ushering in what Scripture refers to as “the last days.”
Many Believers tend to associate the word “the last days” strictly with the end times or the period immediately before Christ’s return. However, in the broader context of the New Testament, “the last days” refers to the entire era between Jesus Christ’ first coming and His second. ( Hebrews 1:2 ) supports this understanding, stating that God “has spoken to us by his Son” in these last days. This means that the last days began with Christ’s earthly ministry and continue through the present age.
In ( Acts 2:17 ), Elder Peter highlights three key aspects of this time period. First, God promises to pour out His Spirit on “all flesh.” This signifies a major shift from the Old Testament, where the Holy Spirit was given selectively to Prophets, Priests, and Kings. Now, through faith in Christ, every Believer receives the Holy Spirit ( 1 Corinthians 12:13 ), regardless of age, gender, or social status.
Now, the verse mentions prophecy, visions, and dreams—ways in which God communicates with His people. These are signs of the Spirit’s active presence among believers. While God primarily speaks today through the Scriptures ( 2 Timothy 3:16–17 ) - ( Hebrews 4:12 ), Christ may also guide, encourage, or warn His people in ways that are always consistent with His written Word.
Again, the broader context of ( Acts 2) reminds us that the last days will be marked by both spiritual awakening and growing resistance to the truth. As the gospel spreads, so will opposition, deception, and moral decline ( 2 Timothy 3:1–5 ). Yet, in the midst of these challenges, God’s promise remains firm: “Everyone who calls upon The Name of The Lord shall be Saved” ( Acts 2:21 ).
The teachings of Acts 2:17 remind us that we are living in the era of the Holy Spirit, a time defined by both profound opportunity and spiritual urgency. As members of the Jesus Royal Believers Way Saints, we are empowered to boldly proclaim the gospel, walk in the fullness of the Spirit, and remain steadfastly rooted in the Word of God. As we await the return of our Lord, let us commit ourselves to living as lights in this world, guided by love and fueled by the promise that everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. I invite the living, breathing body of Christ to join in this witness and declare our unity in faith. Amen.
Sincerely, Senior Apostle & God's Nations Messenger, Elder James R. Winfree Sr., Visionary.
